RedWave offers customers the opportunity to extend the warranty support offered at the time of purchase. This service is a fit for customers which are seeking on perfection and resilience on their current networks without the paperwork of POs or additional timeconsuming results.
Provided that the reliability and stability of our products our customers do only need additional warranty or care packages tailored for our customers. RedWave, provides 2 year of warranty as standard on our radiolink and antenna equipment. The warranty covers the artifacts and faults that are caused by installation problems, misuse of the equipment and human errors on the usage. Thus, for each product, the installation can only be done by an engineer of RedWave, or a certified – trained engineer within our customers by RedWave.
Extension requests or stock management on bvehalf of our customers are optional services we provide for the utmost resilience for your business. In any extension request for the warranty term, customers are requested to make the installations with our engineers and depending on the enviorenmental challenges, a network management system becomes a must with specifications that RedWave approves.
