RES-1001D

RES-1001D is brand-new IDU for microwave radios, solely developed for new generation networks.



HUS-1001 switch is a access and nodal type switch providing pure packet support with ethernet and pseudowire capabilities, as well as hybrid modes with native TDM support. RES-1001D is a also adopting FPGA+Switch solution, in single box, with independent intellectual property rights, and it can also achieve TDMoIP function.

RedWave RES-1001D switch is highly scalable and upgradeable, allowing a seamless transition from hybrid to packet networks. RedWave product is a compact indoor unit with fanless design, which provide maximum flexibility for 2G, 3G, LTE and demanding 5G network traffic aggregation. The RES-1001D is the perfect backhaul node for RedWave Radio equipment and all compatible radio systems, with 26 Gbps switching capacity in a single unit.

In addition to supporting advanced Ethernet processing features, the HUW-1001DU can carry TDM traffic natively or via circuit emulation – a simple and cost effective solution for operators moving to multi-type packet networks. RES-1001D can be remotely managed over RedWave Network Management Software or any SNMP v2 supported software as well.

In the front side of RES-1001D, there are six 1000Base-X SFP interfaces, four 10/100/1000 Base-T electrical interfaces, two 100/1000 Base-T MG interfaces, one Console interface, reset button and some LED lights, and one -48V(direct current) interface for input and output respectively.
